I Face an Empty MAC Kajal Eye Pencil After Purchase

On September 25, 2025, I purchased a “Mac Kajal Eye Pencil” from the MAC store at Kentpark Mall in Ankara. Because the store was crowded due to its opening event, I quickly made my purchase and left. When I got home, I was shocked to discover that the eye pencil was completely empty. I’m attaching my receipt and photos as proof.

This is the first time I’ve ever experienced something like this, and I’m genuinely surprised. The packaging appeared perfectly fine at the store, and I was the first person to open it. When I contacted the store, they told me that products purchased in-store cannot be exchanged. I paid ₺879 by credit card.

I’m requesting either a full refund or an immediate resolution to this issue. I expect MAC Cosmetics to handle this matter quickly and appropriately.
