I Face an Unauthorized $70 MAC Cosmetics Charge on My Credit Card

On September 25, 2025, a $70 purchase was made under the name of Mac Cosmetics using my VakıfBank credit card — completely without my knowledge. I have no information about what product was bought or on which platform this transaction took place. I immediately contacted my bank, had my card canceled, and reported the charge as a suspicious transaction. However, I have not yet spoken directly with Mac Cosmetics.

Because of this unauthorized purchase, I’ve suffered a financial loss of $70, and the amount has not been refunded. I’m requesting that Mac Cosmetics investigate this transaction, cancel the unauthorized charge, and resolve this issue by refunding the money that was taken without my consent.
