On November 5, 2024, I placed an order with MAC Cosmetics, and the payment was deducted from my card balance. However, in the "Orders" section, it shows “no orders found,” and I haven't received any confirmation email. I am left completely in the dark regarding the status of my order. I expect to receive an update on my purchase promptly. If my order wasn’t processed correctly, I am requesting an immediate refund of the charged amount. MAC Cosmetics, please resolve this issue and clarify the status of my order, as this lack of communication is highly frustrating.
