I’ve been a regular user of the L'Oréal Paris sunscreen, and until now, I’ve been very satisfied with the product. But this time, something was clearly wrong. The texture of the cream had noticeable changes—there were small, grainy clumps in the formula that I’ve never felt before.
Even worse, after applying it, I noticed red patches forming on my skin. The irritation was mild but persistent, and this has never happened in my previous experiences with this same sunscreen. It seems like either the formula has been changed or there was a quality control issue with the batch I received.
This is extremely disappointing, especially from a brand I’ve trusted for everyday skincare. I never expected a product I used for so long to suddenly cause skin sensitivity and visible redness.
L'Oréal, I urge you to look into this issue seriously. If there’s been a change in ingredients, it should be clearly disclosed. If this is a production error, I expect an investigation and explanation. I won’t be using this sunscreen again, and I hope no one else has to experience the same problem. Please provide answers and take responsibility for the quality of your products.
