I recently bought L'Oréal's tinted sunscreen, expecting reliable protection from a brand known for quality. Instead, I ended up with a painful and embarrassing skin reaction. Right after applying the product, my face became red, itchy, irritated, and swollen. It felt like my skin was burning and I couldn’t stop scratching.
I truly didn’t expect this from a brand like L'Oréal. I trusted the name, thinking I was paying for quality—but now I’m left both emotionally and physically upset. I paid ₺ for this product, and now my skin looks and feels awful.
This experience has caused real distress. Not just financially, but emotionally too. I’m uncomfortable going outside and feel completely let down by the brand I once trusted.
L'Oréal, I demand a response. Why is a skincare product causing this level of irritation? Is there something wrong with the formula? I expect a proper investigation, compensation, and an assurance that this won’t happen to others. A trusted product should never do this to anyone’s face.
