I rented a car on a long‑term basis from your Antalya branch between 8 May and 15 May. For this rental I paid €150 as the rental fee, €500 as a deposit and a further €1,000 as an excess. After returning the car, I was asked to sign some paperwork, but I was not given any detailed invoice for the excess payment and deposit, nor any clear explanation of what these amounts were used for. Since the rental ended, I have repeatedly tried to contact you by WhatsApp, phone calls and email to request the invoice and clarification, but I have received no response at all. The lack of communication and documentation is unacceptable, especially given the high amounts involved. I request that you either refund the €500 deposit and €1,000 excess in full, or urgently provide a detailed, itemised invoice showing exactly what these payments were for, together with a copy of the relevant terms and conditions that justify these charges. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly and in writing so that I have official documentation for these transactions.
