I Rented from Enterprise Brussels and Still Haven’t Received My Deposit Refund

On April 19, 2025, I rented a car from Enterprise at Brussels Airport and paid a ₺500 deposit as required. It’s been over two months, and the deposit has still not been refunded to my account. I have reached out to customer service multiple times to resolve this issue. Each time, I was told that the deposit was already refunded to my bank account—but that’s simply not true. I have checked with my bank repeatedly, and there has been no such transaction.

This is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. I fulfilled all rental conditions and returned the vehicle on time and in perfect condition. There is absolutely no reason for this delay. Enterprise needs to take this seriously and immediately process the refund without further excuses. I’m now forced to consider taking legal action if this issue isn’t resolved promptly. The deposit was not a small amount and withholding it without justification is unethical. Please act now and return my money.
