Goldcar Antalya Withholds Deposit – Unresponsive to Refund Requests
Do not rent from Goldcar, especially the Antalya branch, as they are withholding my deposit and ignoring all efforts to resolve the issue. After returning the vehicle, I expected my deposit to be refunded as agreed, but it has not been returned. I’ve repeatedly tried calling their branch, and I’ve even reached out to the main company, but they have been completely unresponsive. This lack of accountability is frustrating, and potential customers should be warned about this issue. Goldcar, please address this problem immediately and refund my deposit.
I strongly advise against renting a car from this company. They explained to me both in writing and over the phone how their deposit process works and assured me that no money would be deducted. However, when I checked my bank account, I saw that my money had not been refunded. I copied my transaction records and reported the situation. Despite this, they neither responded to the two reminder emails I sent nor returned my calls. This situation shows that they are not conducting business properly. Do not rent a car from this company under any circumstances.
