Do not rent from Goldcar, especially the Antalya branch, as they are withholding my deposit and ignoring all efforts to resolve the issue. After returning the vehicle, I expected my deposit to be refunded as agreed, but it has not been returned. I’ve repeatedly tried calling their branch, and I’ve even reached out to the main company, but they have been completely unresponsive. This lack of accountability is frustrating, and potential customers should be warned about this issue. Goldcar, please address this problem immediately and refund my deposit.
