Lego Technic Audi e-tron Battery Box Issue: Replacement Delayed for 4 Months

The battery box of my Lego Technic Audi e-tron set (model 42160) malfunctioned, so I contacted Lego Turkey for a replacement. They assured me they would send a new battery box, but it has been 4 months, and I still haven't received it. They claimed three times that the replacement was shipped from abroad and advised me to check with the courier, but the courier confirmed that no such delivery from abroad has been made to me. It feels like Lego is just giving me the runaround, and I am frustrated with the lack of resolution for this issue. I need the replacement part urgently and expect Lego to fulfill their promise without further delays.
