LEGO Store Delayed My Order for a Week Without Shipping or Providing Updates

Lego Store Turkey is acting in a way that will damage its corporate identity. Although I expect it to be more reliable than Lego purchased from any site and the process to be managed better, the product has not even been shipped for a week. Their customer service is nearly impossible to reach, offering no meaningful updates. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have received vague responses with no clear timeline for resolution. They are unaware of what the cargo company they use is doing and cannot follow up. It feels like once the payment is made, the customer is left on their own. They do not solve the problem or even apologize. I want an urgent inspection of the Lego Store. This is an unacceptable brand blemish.
