Missing and Damaged Parts in Modern Art Set from Toyzz Shop - No Tracking Provided by Lego

We purchased a modern art set from Toyzz Shop, and inside the box, one bag was torn and four pieces were missing, despite the outer box being undamaged. We reported the missing pieces to Lego Türkiye, and they claimed to have sent the missing parts through their system. However, they haven’t provided any tracking information or shipping details. It appears as though they have marked the missing pieces as sent internally, but there is no evidence of a shipment being created under our name. This situation is incredibly frustrating as we are left without the missing parts and no way to track their delivery. Lego Türkiye, please resolve this issue and provide clear tracking details to ensure we receive the missing pieces promptly!
