I purchased the Lego 10698 set, but three pieces were missing from the box. I placed an order for the missing parts through the Lego website, expecting the issue to be resolved promptly. After waiting about two weeks, the package finally arrived via PTT. However, I was shocked to find a charge of ₺102 for the delivery of these missing pieces.
It is incredibly frustrating to pay extra for parts that should have been included in the set in the first place. This experience has severely diminished my trust in the Lego brand.
I am requesting immediate support to resolve this issue without additional charges. I hope Lego values its customers and takes appropriate action to restore confidence.
