I discovered a missing piece in my Lego set and requested the missing part through Lego's website. Based on videos I watched online, I expected the replacement to be free. However, when the package finally arrived after a long wait, the courier informed me of a customs fee of 84.75. I refused the delivery because if I wanted to buy this part in Turkey, I could get it for a tenth of that price. This situation makes no sense—why should I pay such an exorbitant fee for a missing piece that was supposed to be complimentary? I want to warn others to be cautious when requesting missing parts from Lego.
