Media Markt Sent Me a Ledger Flex with an Open Back Cover — I Demand a Replacement

I ordered a Ledger Flex device through the Media Markt mobile app, and it was delivered to me on April 15, 2025. However, the product arrived with the back cover already open, which immediately raised serious concerns about the security and authenticity of the device — especially since it’s a hardware wallet meant to protect digital assets.

I documented the condition of the product with clear photos and shared them to support my claim. This is absolutely unacceptable for a product that relies on integrity and tamper-proof packaging for its trustworthiness.

I am requesting an immediate return or replacement, and I expect a prompt resolution along with a detailed explanation. This experience has made me lose confidence not only in the product but also in Media Markt as a retailer. Please fix this without further delay.
