However, the product arrived with the back cover already open, which immediately raised serious concerns about the security and authenticity of the device — especially since it’s a hardware wallet meant to protect digital assets.
I documented the condition of the product with clear photos and shared them to support my claim. This is absolutely unacceptable for a product that relies on integrity and tamper-proof packaging for its trustworthiness.
