Denied Exchange for Poor Sound Quality on Baseus Bluetooth Earbuds from Media Markt

On September 20, 2024, I purchased a pair of Baseus in-ear Bluetooth earbuds on sale from Media Markt Vega Outlet. When I got home, I realized that the sound quality was terrible. On Sunday, September 22, I went to the same store to request an exchange, but they refused because the package had been opened. I then called customer service, and they informed me that they couldn’t exchange the product but could send it for service. They also mentioned that if I had bought it online, I would have been able to exchange it. I’m frustrated that after paying ₺999, I had no opportunity to test the product in-store and now can’t exchange it due to poor sound quality. This isn't very pleasant, especially from a store we’ve trusted as a family for years. The inconsistency in exchange policies between online and in-store purchases raises concerns. I hope Media Markt addresses this issue positively, so we can confidently continue shopping there.
