On October 4, 2024, I purchased a Huawei Watch GT 5 (41mm) from Media Markt. After using it for a while, I noticed that under daylight, the screen had visible spots, which should not be present on a new device.
On January 6, 2025, I returned the watch to Media Markt, requesting a replacement due to this issue. However, on January 24, 2025, they returned the watch without any repair, stating that the manufacturer did not approve the claim.
This is unacceptable. The product is clearly defective, yet I am left without a solution. I demand a proper resolution—either a replacement or a repair. Media Markt and Huawei, take responsibility!
