Unknown Cracks on the Samsung S21 FE Cause Dissatisfaction

I eagerly purchased the Samsung S21 FE from Media Markt in February. I took excellent care of the phone, protecting it with a screen guard and a sturdy case that I never removed. To my dismay, I discovered self-generated cracks on the back of the phone despite no external damage or mishandling. Feeling completely let down, I immediately contacted Media Markt and requested a resolution to this problem. I was skeptical of this model because of its plastic construction, and my worst fears were realized. Similar complaints from other users are upsetting, indicating a potential manufacturing flaw. I didn't expect my brand-new phone to develop cracks on its own as a loyal customer. I sincerely hope that Samsung addresses this issue as soon as possible and finds a suitable solution to ensure customer satisfaction.
