Received Opened Canon Photo Printer from Media Markt
Yesterday, I purchased a Canon photo printer from Media Markt, choosing to pay extra to avoid any issues. However, the printer arrived with the box already opened, and the inner packaging was unsealed. It's unclear if any items are missing or if the product was used. The security hologram on the packaging was broken, and there was an empty plastic bag inside.
I’m extremely disappointed, as I trusted Media Markt to deliver a brand new and intact product. It’s frustrating not knowing whether this printer is new or has been tampered with. Who can we trust anymore? I expect a prompt resolution, either with a full replacement or an immediate refund.

I still haven't been able to return the product, the product is still as it is. Give me a shipping number so I can go and deliver it to the cargo.
