Yesterday, I purchased a Canon photo printer from Media Markt, choosing to pay extra to avoid any issues. However, the printer arrived with the box already opened, and the inner packaging was unsealed. It's unclear if any items are missing or if the product was used. The security hologram on the packaging was broken, and there was an empty plastic bag inside.
