On August 3, 2025, I purchased the Kodland Online Robotics Course for my daughter, after being impressed by the trial class and the instructor’s teaching style. During the purchase, we were told (or at least it was implied) that we had a 30-day cancellation right, and I trust that this information is reflected in Kodland’s records.
However, our main issue is that the instructor who taught the trial class was not the same person who conducted the actual paid lessons. The new teacher’s approach and teaching style were completely different, which made it difficult for my daughter to adapt. After the first lesson, she became discouraged and no longer wanted to continue.
Additionally, the 30-day refund period overlapped with the summer holidays, and we didn’t realize the time had passed until it was too late to officially cancel. Despite this, I believe Kodland should act with flexibility and fairness, deducting the cost of the few lessons attended and refunding the remaining balance.
The trust we felt from the educational consultant before payment and the level of attention shown during the sales process were not maintained afterward. As a result, we feel disappointed and misled.
I am requesting a partial refund for the unused portion of the course fee and a solution-oriented response from Kodland regarding this situation.
