Kodland Ignored My Refund Request and Never Called Back as Promised

On September 20, 2025, I enrolled in Kodland’s Roblox Coding and Software Design course. Just nine days later, on September 29, 2025, I submitted a cancellation and refund request. I was told that I would receive a call by September 30, 2025, at 7:00 PM, but no one ever contacted me, and I received no updates or explanations.

Throughout this process, I feel that I have been intentionally delayed and misled with empty promises. Additionally, reaching Kodland’s customer service is extremely difficult — there is no direct phone number to call, and communication is limited only to WhatsApp, where responses are either very slow or non-existent.

Due to my busy work schedule, I can only be available after 6:30 PM, but even during that time, it’s impossible to reach a support representative. This was my first experience with Kodland, and I never expected to face such poor communication and customer service.

I made a credit card payment of approximately $330 for the course, and I now demand a full refund without any further delay. I also request clear and prompt communication from Kodland regarding the status of my refund.
