On September 7, 2025, we attended a trial class on the Kodland online learning platform for my daughter. During the session, the system was explained to us, and it seemed reasonable, so we considered continuing. The representative, Mr. M******, offered us discounted packages after we mentioned that we were financially tight this month. He explained that installment payments were available and that classes would only begin after the full payment was completed.
However, we informed him that we could not afford the full amount at that time and that our credit card limit was insufficient. He then said that we could pay $85 for now, complete the rest later, and cancel without any deduction within one month.
On September 15, 2025, we contacted them again to cancel the plan and requested a refund, explaining that we would not be continuing. However, we were told that the payment would not be refunded and that the amount we paid would only cover lessons for that period. Currently, there is no one we can reach, and no one is offering a solution.
We do not wish to continue the lessons, and despite being told we had a one-month cancellation right, no refund is being processed. I am requesting an immediate refund of the $85 I paid. The payment receipt is available upon request.
