On September 23, 2025, my son and I were scheduled to attend the free trial lesson offered under Kodland’s Math Course for ages 5–7. We were ready in front of the computer at the exact class time, but no lesson link was ever sent to us. I tried contacting Kodland multiple times, yet received no response at all.
This situation caused my son’s first learning experience with the platform to be disappointing and frustrating. As a parent, I expected better communication and organization from a company that provides online education for children.
I am requesting that the free trial lesson be rescheduled as soon as possible. Additionally, I expect an official explanation regarding the communication issue and assurance that such a problem will not happen again.
