Late Delivery, Delayed Installation, Missing Screw — A Completedistass
On May 18, 2025, I placed an order with Koçtaş (Order No: 1071233017). The promised delivery date was June 13, 2025, but I encountered serious problems during both the delivery and installation processes. The product was delivered five business days late. I had also purchased two separate installation services (2 x ₺1850), and the earliest available appointment was scheduled five days after delivery, on June 18, 2025. However, when the installation team arrived on June 18, they were unable to complete the assembly due to missing parts—specifically, a missing screw. On the eve of the holiday, I received a message saying the product would be delivered, but it never arrived. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, no effective solution was offered. It is deeply frustrating to experience such a chain of failures from a company as well-known and trusted as Koçtaş. This situation has cost me both time and money, and the lack of proper support is unacceptable. Unless the installation service fees are refunded and the missing parts are urgently delivered, I will consider the matter unresolved. I will also be submitting this statement as part of my formal complaints to CİMER (Presidency Communication Center) and the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I expect an urgent and professional response from Koçtaş.
Hello, Thank you for your response, but I would like to emphasize that this issue is not related to the manufacturer, but directly concerns Koçtaş. I personally spoke with Mr. Engin, the representative of the manufacturer, and he clearly stated that the parts were delivered to you completely and on time, and that the assembly and delivery were entirely carried out within the Koçtaş organization. The source of the problem is the delayed delivery, the late assembly date, and finally, the assembly process that could not be completed due to missing screws/parts. All these processes are directly under Koçtaş’s responsibility. Therefore, instead of referring me to the manufacturer, I kindly ask you to take concrete steps to resolve the issue. As a customer, I am addressing you in search of a solution and do not accept you shifting responsibility to other parties.
