Order Delivered Incomplete, Still Not Assembled

On September 21, 2025, I purchased a wardrobe and assembly service for over ₺14,000 from the Koçtaş Kartal store. My order was delivered on September 27, but the installation team stated that the wardrobe’s legs were missing and left without completing the assembly. Since then, I have repeatedly contacted customer service to request the missing part and the completion of the installation. Each time I was told a record had been created and the urgency noted, yet I have received no response for almost a week. My order number is 111410405, and my name is Arzu T*****. I request that the missing part be sent as soon as possible and that the assembly service I already paid for be completed without further delay.
