Koçtaş Did Not Deliver My Wardrobe Despite Promised Date

On 18.07.2025, I purchased a 4-door wardrobe from Koçtaş (Order No: 1074671504). At the time of purchase, I was promised delivery on 08.08.2025. However, despite all this time passing, the product has still not been delivered to my address in Istanbul, and no explanation has been provided. I have contacted customer service multiple times regarding the delivery delay, but I only received generic responses such as “our work is ongoing,” with no concrete solution or clear information. This situation has seriously disrupted my daily life, plans, and home arrangement. Experiencing such an issue in my first shopping experience with Koçtaş has left me deeply disappointed. I paid the full amount of ₺14,613 in advance. I urgently request that the wardrobe be delivered to my address and that free assembly service also be provided.
They didn't solve the problem, the process was prolonged, they left me dissatisfied, and their only follow-up was to ask if the product had been delivered.
