The assembly team arrived on 06.02.2025 to install the kitchen cabinet with order number 1065392914, which I purchased from Koçtaş's website on 28.01.2025, but they left without completing the assembly of the bottle holder section due to a missing part. Despite registering the issue with Koçtaş and a month passing since the unfinished assembly, no one has contacted us. We have made several attempts to follow up with customer service, but each time we were told that our request was still being processed. It is disappointing to experience such a lack of communication from a well-known brand. We expected a prompt and professional response, but instead, we feel ignored. We request a resolution to our grievance; otherwise, we will pursue legal action.
