KitchenAid Won’t Return or Refund My Coffee Maker After Repair Request

I sent my KitchenAid coffee maker in for repair after it broke down in less than a year of use. I shipped it on August 9th, and since then, I haven’t received any updates. When I reached out, I was told the product is out of stock. I requested a refund, but they offered to reimburse me at the price I paid last year, which is now much lower than its current value. Is this a joke? I haven’t received any proper communication or resolution. This is unacceptable, and I plan to file complaints everywhere. I will never purchase from KitchenAid again if this isn’t resolved immediately.
