I purchased a KitchenAid hand blender, and the whisk attachment broke during my second use while I was using it for a simple task. I sent it to service on May 27, 2024, via cargo for inspection and replacement. A few days later, I was contacted and informed that they did not have the part in stock and that I would need to wait a month.
After a month passed without any updates, I called again on July 8, only to be told that the part still hadn't arrived and that I should wait another 15-20 days. I have little faith that it will arrive anytime soon. It seems that their service continues until the product is sold, but after that, support is lacking.
I am requesting urgent assistance regarding the replacement of my product. Thank you.
