KitchenAid Coffee Maker Leaks and Button Malfunctions, Refund Denied

I purchased the KitchenAid Filter Coffee Maker 5KCM1209 in June for ₺6,000, trusting the brand’s reputation. However, it started leaking excessively when removing the glass carafe, with enough water to fill half a tea glass dripping out. I sent the machine to their Ankara service center after being instructed by KitchenAid’s Istanbul team. Despite providing a video of the issue, I was told, "This is the machine’s standard behavior," and no solution was offered.
To make matters worse, the button broke during the service process, further damaging the product. I requested a refund for what is clearly a defective machine, but KitchenAid refused. I’ve already filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Court and plan to share my experience on LinkedIn to warn others about this machine, which now sells for ₺8,000–₺10,000. I expect a refund immediately.
