Vestel Filter Coffee Machine Failed After Warranty
I bought the Vestel Fresh Filter Coffee Machine on August 24, 2021. You can find it at this link: https://www.vestel.com.tr/vestel-taze-filtre-kahvemakinesi-p-342. During the time the warranty was still valid, it had to be taken to the service center on three separate occasions. One time was for a replacement, and the other two times were for repairs. Just two months after the warranty ran out, it went back to the service center for repairs again because it was still not taking in enough water. This is the fifth time the same problem has happened. This situation shows that there might be a problem with how the product was made. I want either a product without this defect or a refund for the amount it currently sells for. If I don't get either, I will take the issue to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
