I bought the K-3283 tea maker from Arçelik on December 13, 2021, and it started having issues just 4 days later, on December 17, 2021. It has been to the service center 10 times since then, consistently leaking water from the bottom and occasionally from the top compartment as well. Despite requesting a replacement multiple times, after the 8th service visit, the authorized service center in Antalya no longer responds. They promised a replacement if the issue recurs after the 7th visit, but clearly, they have been delaying. This behavior is unacceptable. It seems this issue is prevalent across all Arçelik tea makers. During one of these 10 service visits, they even returned the device broken once and had to take it back to the service center. It's evident this is a manufacturing defect as the seals deteriorate from excessive heat after a certain period. Now, on the 10th service visit, they're demanding ₺1800 for a replacement because my warranty has supposedly expired, even though it was serviced before the warranty ended. On the 9th visit, they simply replaced a rubber component. Why should I pay for a defective product I've been suffering from? The device also consumes excessive power and takes longer than usual to boil water, noticeable since its first use. It has leaked water from under my refrigerator and microwave, causing damage that affects both my finances and peace of mind. How can you not stand behind the product you sold? I'm sharing my experience with everyone to prevent them from facing the same ordeal. I refuse to accept this. I will continue to take all necessary steps to resolve this issue.
