Philips Coffee Machine Repair Issue
I had previously purchased a Philips coffee machine from Vatan Bilgisayar, but I had to return it to them for warranty repairs due to a defect. They delivered the machine to an authorized service center. Without listening to or understanding my request for replacement rather than repair, the lady at the call center insisted that they would only repair the machine if I requested it. Despite the fact that I was the device's owner, they ignored my preference. They even claimed that the machine that was leaking water had no problem, despite the fact that it clearly did. It's confusing to me how they could determine this without even leaving the device in the service center for a day. It appears that they purposefully presented it as working properly in order to avoid providing a faulty report. I demand that my product be replaced with a new, undamaged unit.
