I purchased a Kiko Milano powder from the Izmir Hilltown store, choosing what was labeled as the lightest shade available. However, once applied, it looked far too dark on my skin—especially when compared to my neck. The mismatch was so noticeable and uncomfortable that I can’t use the product at all.
I also bought a lipstick, which turned out to be poorly pigmented and lacked the vibrant finish I expected. It doesn’t apply smoothly, and the overall look is underwhelming.
Since I’m not satisfied with either item, I’m kindly requesting an exchange for different products from Kiko Milano. I expected better from a brand of this caliber, and I hope they’ll make this right.
