A short while ago, I placed an order for a Kiko Milano eyeshadow palette, intending to purchase the 101-numbered palette. However, after completing my purchase, I noticed that the 102-numbered palette was mistakenly added to my order. I immediately tried to contact customer service to correct this error, but I could not reach anyone through the available channels.
Despite the fact that my order has not yet entered the shipping process, there is no accessible phone number, and my attempts to reach Kiko Milano via Gmail have also been unsuccessful. I have no idea how else I am supposed to contact your support team to resolve this mistake before the item is shipped.
This situation has caused emotional frustration, as I simply want to receive the correct product I ordered. I demand that my order be corrected to include the 101 palette before it is dispatched, or that the wrong product be replaced without additional cost.
