About a month and a half ago, I purchased a face powder from Kiko, and I have been deeply disappointed with the results. No matter which products I use underneath or how I apply it, the powder makes my skin look bumpy and uneven. It leaves a textured, patchy appearance that looks far from smooth or natural. I’ve used many powders from various brands before, and even more affordable options have worked significantly better than this one.
For a product that’s priced this high, I expected at least decent performance. Unfortunately, it doesn’t deliver. What’s more frustrating is that Kiko doesn’t seem to stand behind its product—there’s no real support or effort to resolve customer dissatisfaction. This was a total letdown, and I won’t be purchasing from them again unless they improve their product quality and customer care. I hope they take this feedback seriously and reconsider both the formula and their after-sales service.
