I bought a Karcher upright vacuum cleaner, and it broke after a few months. I sent it for repair, and a few days later, I was informed that it would be replaced with a new one within 10 days. However, over a month has passed, and I still haven't received anything. When I call, I can't get through, and when I write, I only receive the same automated response. I want a refund. You can keep your vacuum cleaner. I deeply regret this purchase, and I know there are thousands of people like me. Why is nothing being done about this? I'm filing a complaint—give me my money back. I will never buy anything from you again.
