Unacceptable Delay From Karcher – Replacement Product Requested

I purchased a Karcher RCV5 robot vacuum cleaner on July 2, 2023. In April 2025, the device malfunctioned and was sent to the authorized service center. It was received by the service on April 11, 2025, and I was informed that it would be returned within 20 business days. However, as of today, May 21, 2025, I have still not received the product. No updates or communication have been provided during this time. The legally allowed 20 business day repair period has been clearly exceeded, and I have been left without the product for far too long. As a consumer, I feel seriously let down. I am now requesting a brand new replacement of the same product. I expect this issue to be resolved immediately.
