Karcher RCV 5 Robot Vacuum Stopped Working

I purchased a Karcher RCV 5 robot vacuum, and after just a few months, it broke down. I sent it for repair, but when it was returned, it still wasn’t working properly and lacked suction. I had to send it in for repairs again, but despite the time that has passed, Karcher hasn’t fixed the issue, offered a replacement, or provided a refund. I’ve requested a new product or my money back, but they refused to do either. Karcher is selling faulty products and not standing behind them. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I deeply regret purchasing from Karcher. I expect a resolution immediately.
