Karaca Vacuum Hose Replacement Is Impossible - I Cannot Get Support

The hose of the vacuum cleaner I bought about 6 years ago from Karaca Küçükyalı Hilltown store broke, and since the labels on the vacuum are torn, I don’t know the model. I want to purchase the hose as a paid spare part, but I cannot obtain it because I don’t know the model code. I have not been able to reach the store by phone for 6 years. When I wrote to the WhatsApp group, I either waited hours for a response that came too late or the conversation was closed before it even started. I also called the call center, but no help was provided. I have experienced similar communication and support issues with other products I bought from Karaca, and this problem keeps recurring. In addition, I am dissatisfied with Karaca’s overall service quality. Due to the lack of attention and inadequate service I faced through the store, call center, and WhatsApp communication channels, I request that my grievance be resolved and that communication channels be made more accessible.
