PDFAid Charged My Bank Account $23 After Trial Without Warning
After the trial period of the application called PDFAid, I discovered that a charge of $23 was withdrawn from my Akbank account on December 1, 2025, at 11:40 PM, without any prior notice or communication. I have no information about which subscription plan I was enrolled in, if any. The transaction description clearly states “PDF Faid”, and this charge is visible on my bank receipt. I live in Istanbul, and for now this charge appears to be a one-time transaction.
I have never applied for a subscription with PDFAid, never gave approval, and was never informed about any paid plan. Despite this, I do not accept that money was taken from my account without my permission.
I demand that the full $23 withdrawn from my account be refunded to me immediately and in full, and that any subscription created under my name or using my information be canceled right away. I also request a clear and written response as soon as possible regarding this matter.
