On November 23, I made a $1 payment with my Garanti Bank credit card on the website called PDF Ait in order to edit a PDF. Even though I only wanted this one-time service, I later discovered—while checking my bank account—that on November 30, 2025, at 12:59 PM, an additional $23 was charged to my card without my knowledge.
I did not give any approval for this charge, and I was never clearly or explicitly informed about any subscription or recurring payment. Moreover, as soon as I noticed the unauthorized charge, I logged into my PDF Ait account and immediately canceled the subscription, but I could not find any contact channel to reach the company, nor could I contact anyone regarding a refund.
I request that the unauthorized $23 charged to my card be refunded to the same card as soon as possible, and that all necessary measures be taken to ensure that no further charges are made to my card by this company.
