I Face Suction Loss and Broken Head Part on My Dyson Vacuum with No Support Response

Lately, my Dyson vacuum has been losing suction power, and to make matters worse, a part of the vacuum head broke unexpectedly. I tried to reach out to Dyson’s customer support via their WhatsApp line—not once, but twice. While they did respond a few times, the conversation never led anywhere. There was no follow-up, no resolution, and frankly, no real attention to the problem.

This lack of support is incredibly frustrating, especially since my device is still under warranty. I expected quick and helpful service, but instead I’ve been stuck in a loop of vague replies and no action. I just want to get this resolved while the vacuum is still within warranty coverage, but Dyson is making it incredibly difficult.

I need a clear and prompt solution. Dyson, please honor your warranty and fix the broken head piece and suction issue before the situation gets worse. I paid good money (₺) for this vacuum and I expect proper support in return.
