Karaca Failed to Renew My Shipping Code for Faulty Rechargeable Vacuum

I previously reported a malfunction for my Karaca rechargeable vacuum cleaner, and your company provided me with a shipping code. However, I was not clearly or promptly informed that the code would only be valid for a short period, so it expired. The product was used for about a month after purchase and has been hanging on the wall unused for almost six to seven months. Despite being defective, the service process did not proceed properly. When the shipping code was issued, messages such as “Under review” appeared, and later, shipping was expected without any notification. It was assumed that the customer should constantly monitor the process, which is impractical and causes inconvenience. Throughout the entire process, I was not given clear information or proper guidance to resolve the issue. The product is still defective and unusable. Due to these issues, I request that the service process be restarted, the shipping code renewed, my inconvenience resolved, and, if necessary, the product replaced with a new one.
