JBL TUNE560BT Disconnects Constantly and Shuts Off Unexpectedly

I've been rocking my JBL TUNE560BT wireless over-ear headphones for around a year and a half, but lately, they've been disconnecting all the time. At first, everything works perfectly, and the battery appears to be charged. However, the moment I touch or move them, the connection fails, and the headphones turn off. The battery percentage keeps jumping around, making it super hard to figure out what the real charge level is. I’m not sure if the product is still under warranty, but I’d love to find out if it can be fixed or what steps I can take to sort out these issues. It's really annoying to deal with issues on something I used to depend on every day, and I would love some straightforward advice on how to repair or maintain it.
