JBL Tune 570 BT Won't Charge After 8 Months and Red Light Turns Off Quickly

I got a JBL Tune 570 BT from my friends as a gift about eight months ago, and now I'm running into some problems with the charging. So, I plug it in, and the red charging light flickers on for like two seconds before it just turns off, and now the headphones are totally dead. I’ve gone through various chargers and cables, but the issue just won’t go away. I'm feeling a bit stuck here. I've tried all the usual troubleshooting steps, but nothing seems to be working. What should I do next? I’m looking for some assistance from JBL or anyone who’s experienced something similar. I’m looking for some advice on fixing or replacing this product since it’s still pretty new, and I thought JBL would offer better durability.
