I am a Jaguar I-Pace owner residing in Gaziantep, one of Turkey's largest cities. Jaguar Türkiye’s official website lists Gaziantep as having an authorized service center, Erenler Otomotiv. However, when I contacted them for routine maintenance, I was informed they are not authorized to service Jaguar’s electric vehicles, though they handle other Jaguar models and all BMW vehicles, including electric ones.
Seeking assistance, I contacted the Adana service center, but was told Saturday appointments are only for routine maintenance, and any additional issues would require a weekday visit, forcing me to travel again. Furthermore, when I inquired about a navigation update—knowing all Jaguar models use the same system—I was told they couldn’t assist because my car is electric.
Despite reporting these issues to Jaguar Türkiye, no solution has been provided, and the website still misleadingly lists Gaziantep as having an authorized service. It’s disheartening that in a time when electric vehicle adoption is being encouraged globally, Jaguar fails to provide proper after-sales service for its only electric model in a major city like Gaziantep.
As a public employee with a demanding schedule, being forced to travel to another city for basic services has cost me time, money, and significant inconvenience. I urge Jaguar Türkiye to take immediate steps to address this issue, ensure proper servicing for electric vehicles in Gaziantep, and update misleading information on their website. This neglect is not fitting for a global brand like Jaguar.
