Jaguar I-PACE Battery and Electrical Issues—Unfair Repair Charge

I purchased a used Jaguar I-PACE one month ago, and it already broke down due to a battery issue. Since this is a known problem, I ordered a replacement battery, which took 15 days to arrive.

However, shortly after, the vehicle broke down again due to an electrical system failure. Despite the service center previously assuring me there were no issues, they are now claiming the problem is not covered under warranty and are demanding ₺90,000 for repairs. I disputed the charge, and they said they are waiting for approval from Jaguar UK, which could take another 20 days. How can a simple email approval take this long in today’s technology-driven world?

I paid a premium for this vehicle, and now I can’t even drive it. Jaguar, this is unacceptable! Stop making customers feel like test subjects and provide a fast, fair resolution. Has anyone else faced this issue? I demand a solution now!
