Jaguar I-Pace Hybrid Battery Issue and 50-Day Repair Delay Without Replacement Vehicle

I purchased a 2020 Jaguar I-Pace with 29,000 km as a second-hand vehicle. After driving it for 10 days, I took it to the service center for a filter maintenance check and a free update. However, just days after the service, the car displayed a hybrid battery error and stopped charging beyond 72%.

I brought the car to Borusan Esenboğa, where I was assured that the issue would be resolved under warranty. It has now been 50 days, and I am still waiting. The required part is reportedly unavailable at the factory in the UK. To make matters worse, no replacement vehicle has been provided during this extended repair period.

I feel completely let down by Jaguar’s service and support. I demand immediate action to resolve this issue, including the timely repair of my vehicle or the provision of a replacement car. Such delays and lack of customer care are unacceptable for a brand of this stature.
