Jaguar Hybrid Battery Issue Left Me Without a Car for 2 Months

Two months ago, my Jaguar experienced a "hybrid battery malfunction." Initially, the start-stop battery was replaced at my expense. However, a month later, the same error appeared, and the car has now been in service for another month due to issues with two main batteries, which are under warranty. Despite this, the required parts are unavailable, and there’s no timeline for their arrival. I requested a courtesy vehicle, but I was told no such agreement exists. After escalating the issue, a Jaguar representative contacted me only to reiterate information I already knew without offering any solution. When asked about a timeline, they couldn’t provide an answer. This lack of resolution and support is infuriating. Driving a Jaguar in Istanbul shouldn’t be this challenging. I demand immediate action to repair my car and provide a courtesy vehicle in the meantime!
