About Arby's
Arby's is a fast-food restaurant chain known for its roast beef sandwiches and other meat-centric menu items. Forrest and Leroy Raffel launched the company in 1964 in Boardman, Ohio. The name "Arby's" is derived from the initials "R.B.", which stands for "Raffel Brothers".
Arby's offers a range of sandwiches, including classic roast beef, brisket, corned beef, turkey, and ham. Traditional sesame seed buns, ciabattas, and wraps are among the bread options for the sandwiches. Salads, sides like curly fries and onion rings, and desserts like turnovers and shakes are also available at Arby's.
The restaurant franchise has grown over the years and now has over 3,000 locations globally. Arby's menu has also expanded to offer vegetarian options such as the Beyond Meat® plant-based sandwich and the Market Fresh® Vegetable sandwich.
